Are your products authentic?

Absolutely! All our products are sourced direct from official retailers and flagship stores in the UK and EU. We do not sell fakes, "over runs" or "US/Japan/Singapore authentic".

Do you provide receipts?

We can provide a store issued gift receipt upon request.

How about dust bag, box and paper bag?

We ship packages with all the store trimmings! If the store provides a dust bag, box, ribbon, warranty or authenticity cards, rest assured that we will include it so you get the full store experience.

We do not ship paper bags but can include them. Please contact us for more details.

Do you source other products not posted on your website? 

We would love to source whatever you want! Please contact us for your shopping requests. No item is big or small!

What if a product becomes unavailable?

Especially during sales, product movement is extremely fast! In the rare times that a product sells out and can't be re-ordered, we can offer alternatives or offer a refund on the same payment method.

What are your payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank deposit.

We charge via GBP and your credit card provider will determine the exchange rate. We require full payment for card payments.

We do not accept Gcash or money remittance.

How is your shipping and lead times?

For Philippine customers, we ship on a weekly basis.

Do I get a tracking number?

Of course! All our packages are trackable and we can send you updates about your package.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

Good news! We ship on a DTP (Duty & Taxes Paid) basis so you don't have to worry. Just sit back, relax and wait for your local courier to deliver your package!
